I've stopped using self checkout wherever possible and I've only used a QR code twice since they began. I don't sign up for loyalty tracking cards, but only use certain apps to save on essentials like fuel and food. I agree, if everyone would grow just a couple of basic staples at home(hydroponics for small indoor spaces) we would not be enslaved to grocery chains. A great step that would put an end to it all at once is if everyone stopped paying voluntary income taxes and permit fees such as personal drivers license. The control grid would crumble.
I have been doing this for years, specifically not doing business with companies like Amazon, no business with institutions that support and promote ESG, and a complete embargo on Hollywood. I am trying to hone this now with food by growing my own and am trying to become as self sufficient as possible. If the majority do this they will become irrelevant,
